The blend made up mostly of Mourvèdre, complemented by Cinsault, creates a subtle and intense rosé wine. Produced by direct pressing, it benefits from a small aging on the lees. This method makes it possible to offer this wine great aromatic complexity as well as a beautiful structure. Gastronomic wine, it can be kept for several years.
