This champagne was disgorged late with a very low dosage in sugar (7g/L) to keep the freshness and purity of the wine. On the palate, fresh citrus notes evolve beautifully with floral and toasted aromas of chardonnay that has taken time to age. A chalky both light and intense minerality gives a fresh and persistantfinish.
