This champagne has a bright and clear color, yellow gold with silver reflections.. Thanks to low dosage and late disgorgement mean that it’s both balanced and generous. The nose is expressive with aromas of dried fruit, honey, almonds. It produces flavours of apple, pears, candied fruits and brioche.
