Fresh and seductive cuvée with a salmon robe with pale pink reflections is a wine of thirst and gastronomy. It reveals a delicate and subtle mouth feel. It is dry, tense and salivating. On the nose it develops notes of citrus (blood oranges and grapefruit) and floral (hawthorn). Goes very well with a tapenade with green olives, marinated anchovies, stuffed shellfish.
