The Tradition is a blend assembled after the harvest and aged mainly in concrete tank, with a little oak. An archetypical Châteauneuf with a nose of laurel, herbs, beef stock and desiccated fruit, the fruit is surprisingly sweet on the palate, and the tannins fine.
