This sparkling wine provides vegetal and mineral aromas, characteristic of the grape variety used, Chenin. Depending on whether you taste a raw or a half-sec, the aromas will be more or less evolved. The semi-sec being more melted than the raw, it will go better with your desserts while you will not hesitate to serve the raw as an aperitif.
